Unemployment

The Workforce Alliance of the North Bay and the CareerPoint centers assist individuals who are unemployed with job training and reemployment. Since the end of the Great Recession, the North Bay has seen an improvement in the rate of unemployment, but the Alliance and our Business Engagement Representatives monitor this important number monthly as an indicator of overall economic health. The following graphs are provided as a snapshot of the region’s unemployment picture; for more detailed information, contact the Business Engagement Representative for your county.
