Canal Alliance is a nonprofit champion of immigrants who are challenged by a lack of resources and an unfamiliar environment. We exist to help low-income Latino families recognize and leverage their assets in order to break the cycle of generational poverty by lifting barriers to their success. Our comprehensive program model offers immigration legal services, education and career programs for youth and adults, and social services that help Latino immigrants and their families simultaneously improve individual and family stability and well-being, education, and employment.
