Periodically Workforce Alliance of the North Bay accepts requests for proposals (RFPs) to administer Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA).
Workforce Alliance of the North Bay invites proposals (RFP) for qualified applicants to administer Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services as the WIOA Career Services Provider and the One Stop Operator in Lake, Marin, Mendocino and Napa Counties for Program Years 2025-2028.
The Workforce Alliance of the North Bay (Workforce Alliance) will be accepting proposals for qualified applicants to administer Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services as the WIOA Career Services Provider and the One Stop Operator in Lake, Marin, Mendocino and Napa Counties for Program Years 2025-2028, with annual approval from the Workforce Alliance Board. The WIOA Career Services Provider RFP for Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth Services will be released on Friday, August 30th, 2024. The WIOA One Stop Operator RFP will be released separately on on Thursday, September 12th.
WIOA Career Services Provider proposals are due by (postmarked by) Monday, September 30, 2024 and the WIOA One Stop Operator proposals are due by (postmarked by) Monday October 14th and should be sent to:
